On 11th December unpaid carers gathered together with staff, volunteers and friends of Unite to celebrate Christmas – and what a lovely time we all had.  Festive music, mulled wine (non-alcoholic of course), a Christmas buffet and lots of cake and mince pies were enjoyed by all at Cherith Hall.  The mayor of Tiverton, Neal Davey was able to join us and kindly made an address, along with Bernice Philbrick our Chair of Trustees, who presented poinsettia plants to staff Sharon and Tracy – thank you very much to all involved.

It was so lovely to see everyone and spend time chatting and laughing with you all.  Thank you for joining us and thank you also to Morrison, Tesco and M&S in Tiverton who made donations to our buffet.  We would like to wish you all a very merry Christmas and a peaceful New Year.
